The purple bulbous root vegetable a.k.a the Queen of all root vegetables is known as Beet. To some, it is a sweet and delightful vegetable but some actually finds the taste very disgusting. Some people either love or hate the beets. It’s being around but not everyone adores it. However, this vegetable is now listed as one of the most valued superfood of the 21st century. Most nutritionist, vegetarians and food medics are now crazy about this bulbous root, especially those with a high spike in blood pressure.

You still have to be careful with this root juice as it may elevate kidney stones, so if you are prone to calcium oxalate kidney stones, please do not drink the beet root juice. Let this one go. You do not want to gather so many stones in your kidneys.
Beet root juices are healthy no matter if you like them or not and it all depends on how you prepare them. However, it is best to juice beets as cooking beets reduces their nutritional value.
